Refund and Returns Policy

Fenric - Return Policy for Repentance

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC)

1. Withdrawal Period (Right of Repentance)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product, as per Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

In exercising this right, the customer may choose between:
(a) full refund of the amount paid; or
(b) exchange for another product, subject to availability.

Note:
The period begins to be counted from the date recorded in the tracking or delivery receipt.

Important:
The CDC stipulates 7 calendar days, not 30. If you wish to maintain 30 days as your own commercial policy, you may do so — but this period will be considered an extra benefit from the store, not a legal term. If you wish, I can rewrite it to maintain 30 days as a reinforced policy, but differentiating "legal right vs. company policy" to avoid legal risk. Just ask.


2. Conditions for Accepting the Return

For the return to be approved, the product must:

• be in perfect condition and without signs of use;
• be with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any);
• not show dirt, odors, damage, tears, or defects;
• be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Fenric may refuse the return if these conditions are violated.
If refused, the product will be returned to the customer, without a refund.


3. How to Request a Return

To open a request, the customer must:

Send an email to: suporte@fenric.com.br
or
Send a message via the business WhatsApp available on the website.

It is necessary to inform:
• order number;
• CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer ID);
• reason for the return;
• photos of the product (when requested).

Support will send instructions and the postage code for free return, as provided by the CDC.
